TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING SALES OF COURSES

Please note that you will receive your course login details and instructions on how to access and setup your video based training within 48 hours of order confirmation.  In the event that you do not receive this kindly send an email to customersupport@oderaplus.net or call 07002002020 and speak to ODERAPLUS customer support.  Please have your reference number in hand. If your order is placed on a weekend it will be completed on the Tuesday following the weekend except during bank holidays when an extra 24hours will be required.
